Held from 7 to 11 December 2020, the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) x Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) 2020 was a landmark hybrid event, featuring more than 600 sessions running for 24 hours over five days. It featured a line-up of world-renowned keynote speakers, including Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, CEO of Alphabet Inc. and Google, Sundar Pichai, as well as Co-chair and trustee of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bill Gates. Delegates who attended the physical sessions were unanimously confident in the safety measures in place, while organiser SingEx facilitated the event with innovative solutions, engaging virtual audiences and embracing an integrated, collaborative approach for future MICE events.
