The Singapore Society of Neuro-Oncology (SSNO) was incorporated with the sole purpose of advancing the field of neuro-oncology within the vibrant landscape of Singapore. One of the most significant milestones in SSNO's journey is hosting the upcoming the 19th Meeting of the Asian Society for Neuro-Oncology (ASNO 2024), scheduled for August 2024.
ASNO, a prominent organization with a global reputation, has dedicated itself to pushing the boundaries of neuro-oncology through cutting-edge research and innovation. Participants attending ASNO 2024 will include neurosurgeons, neurologists, oncologists, nurses, medical students, scientists, radiologists, etc.
SSNO will also collaborate with the Japan Society for Neuro-Oncology to share insights, research advancements, and foster a broader network within the neuro-oncology community. A joint session is scheduled during ASNO 2024 to emphasize the active participation and collaboration with JSNO. This collaboration can also promote a sense of community among professionals in the field.
Meanwhile, ASNO 2024 will also organize a pre-conference at SingHealth Academia & NUH to attract more international participants to Singapore and enhance the overall conference experience. The goal is to provide additional educational opportunities, workshops and networking before the main conference, creating a more comprehensive and engaging experience for participants.
